I'm Cee, the self-taught artist behind TattoosByCee. With 5+ years of tattooing experience, I create custom black & grey tattoos in Columbia, South Carolina, with a focus on realism, portraits, and pieces that tell a story.
My approach is personal: understand your vision, give the design room to breathe, and pay attention to the details. Whether we're building a sleeve or creating a single statement piece, I want you to feel comfortable in the chair and confident in your art.

04 / Before you book
The details matter.
Please read these policies before scheduling. They help keep your appointment focused, comfortable, and running smoothly.
Deposit
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit goes toward the final tattoo total.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. With less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit is forfeited. Contact me directly to request a change.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Contact me directly if you need to cancel your appointment.
Late arrivals
Arriving 15 or more minutes late may require an appointment adjustment or rescheduling.
No-shows
No-shows forfeit the deposit. Future bookings may require full payment.
Design process
Design approval is required before booking. Your agreed concept is locked after the deposit. Design work is prepared for the booked project; major concept changes after booking may require rebooking.
Age & ID
You must be 18 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every appointment. No exceptions.
Guests
To maintain a focused and comfortable environment, no guests are allowed unless approved by the artist.
Artist discretion
Design flow, sizing, contrast, and placement may be adjusted using the artist’s professional judgement to ensure the strongest final result.

Can we plan a sleeve or a larger project?
Yes. Larger pieces are planned around your vision, placement, and the time needed for detail. A sleeve can take multiple sessions; one booking does not guarantee a completed sleeve.

I'm based in Columbia, South Carolina and work by appointment. Your confirmed appointment details will include location instructions.
